Especially in Pole Dance practice we isolate ourselves quickly from one another and the solo practice can easily lead to frustration and having a hard time settling back our expectation to what is really important: fun and connection. In Doubles we can learn how to elevate and support each other, be silly together and trust in each others grip. Its an uplifting experience that one shouldn’t miss.
