I am so incredibly grateful to have spent the last four years with you and words can’t begin to describe how grateful and lucky I am to have been loved by you. I knew on our first date that I had found something special, but I had no idea that the greatest, kindest, most patient, positive, handsome, happy, loyal, reassuring, encouraging, supportive, calm, and fun person on the planet had just skated into my life. I also didn’t know that it would be exactly what I needed to feel like happy, healthy relationships existed in the world. There’s not a single moment that I didn’t feel loved and appreciated. You always told me that loving me was the easiest part of your day. Loving you was, absolutely, the easiest part of mine. Thank you for being you and for loving me. We should have had so much more time together, but the time we did have was still enough to completely change my life and impact so many others. So many people saw how wonderful we were together. How we always seemed to seize the day. I’m so grateful we took every opportunity to go on adventures and to appreciate everything life had to offer. So glad it was enough time to create a million invaluable and happy memories. Thank you for being the best adventure buddy, documenting so much of it with me, and for encouraging me to post cute little edits of our trips. I’m going to miss everything about you but seeing your face pop up on my phone and hearing your voice in our videos will always remind me of those things and make me smile. I am so glad I’ll always be able to look at them and hear you laugh or say I love you. I’m not sure what a future without you looks like, but I hope I can continue living the adventure-filled life we would have shared together. I’ll always keep you in my heart and try my best to see myself the way you saw me. I hope I can continue to be your kinda lady, you’ll forever be my kinda man.
