I wanted to give you the feel of an unending whimsical maze because this is how I feel when I go to Kalustyan’s—overwhelmed but in the best way. I end up staying there for hours, always. The store is a popular destination for home cooks and chefs alike, known for its vast selection of rare and hard-to-find ingredients, as well as high-quality spices.
