hot glue lettering 🥵 for @areyounovaa s upcoming album. in the past year i’ve found myself in some situations and encounters that made me think of leaving the industry and going back to working in marketing and advertising. although i’ve overcome these situations i still can’t wrap my head around how insecure some cis men in this industry are that they feel the need to talk other people down, gatekeep, and in the worst case overstep boundaries. today i’m extra happy that i didn’t quit and instead started working and connecting with people who share the same values and realize how important it is to support and empower each other. in this special case @vnssltz and @verena.pst ❤️ thank you so much for your trust. i appreciate working with you. that was so much fun! i know i’m not the only one that has experienced stuff like this. we are not alone and we are strong! slowly i’m starting to believe, that together we are able to change something in this industry. love ❤️
