Or slide through for a short overview of my current fascinations *** ༘♡ ·˚ᥕᥱᥣᥴ᥆꧑ᥱ t᥆ ꧑ᥡ bᥣ᥆g ₊˚ˑ༄   (✧ᴗ͈ ˬᴗ͈) ༉ ✎‧ ♡*.˚ Kerolaina Linkeviča (Laina) was birthed in Daugavpils, Latvia and teleported to the UK at ten years old; raised amongst forests, magic and a multiverse of computer games has meant their art practice continues to sympathetically evolve within those realms. Informed by a multiplicity of alternative//esoteric belief systems and subcultures, Laina hopes to play with and preserve these spaces. Through exploration of internet culture, animism and imaginal worlding each personifying a range of theories, mythos and emotional histories, Laina seeks to re-imagine these ways of being via new media technologies.
