Gloria Tropical (She/Her) is a queer French, Algerian and Tunisian chef and food designer based in Paris.  Cooking is Gloria’s love language, and her successful recipes are delicate and comforting cuisine.  We feel her strong personality and lifestyle as a feminist, new mother and a self-taught woman in her field of work.
