We both felt stuck because together we were unfairly beautiful, searching for a free and tender love. The nature of this work lies in the beauty of what was not, what could not be, and what will remain in a suspended dimension. We spent time doing the only thing we knew how to do, observing each other without sometimes even touching. Two human beings chasing each other, she 20 I 40. Together we were adults and children at the same time, without time and differences. With Nina, I went through many incredible and crazy moments, sometimes very sweet, sometimes very melancholy. Every time I got closer she would fade away and eventually I let her go; it was impossible to keep chasing something that cannot and will not stop. My dream, however, remained alive, encased in so much delicacy of an impregnable love; that love that many of us have experienced even once and is perhaps stronger than many others.
