Story time! During the summer of 2022 I woke up to an Instagram notification. I was tagged by @mrcenzone and there was a wall with my face on it! @mrcenzone is a world famous street artist and was commissioned by @spraydaysofficial for the #wallsofmanchester project. He loved the art @itz_jordii and I created so much he permanently embedded it on a wall in Manchester. While visiting the mural I got to speak with some of the locals. Not only has the mural been there for awhile but it’s one of the main streets in northern quarter. It was “iconic”. I cried when I bared witness to such artistry. To have my art transcend international waters and on this wall is extremely heartwarming. For years I’d just create art and hope for the best. As an artist you constantly put your art into the atmosphere and HOPE somebody resonates with it.
