Today was my 100th ride at my spin studio today. Though it took me longer than I anticipated, I celebrate this accomplishment. The last 3 years have been a journey, with challenges that I hadn’t anticipated and moments where I felt the weight of the world, and life aging me. Being 48, I’m acutely aware of the changes in my body and the pressures of balancing everything life throws at me. But this spin studio has become a haven. It’s where I can clear my mind, sweat out stress, and stay grounded. The physical challenge keeps me in shape, but the real gift is the community here—a group of people who uplift and inspire me every single day. It’s a reminder that even as the years add up, strength and connection only deepen.
