Our restaurant takes its name and inspiration from “Yuta,” the Ute word for “mountain top” or “people who live high in the mountains.” Drawing from the area’s rich cultural history—from the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans to settlers from Eastern Europe and China—we create a cuisine that celebrates Utah’s heritage helmed by head chef @chefguillermotellez.
