Been wanting to start your pole journey? This series is the perfect opportunity for you to dive in in a safe and supportive environment! In our 4-week intro to pole series you'll learn the basics of pole dancing - how to pivot, turn, spin, wave, and slide your way around the pole. You'll have the same instructor guiding you on your journey and will progress with the same group of new dancers for the whole month. With consistency you'll build newfound strength and coordination - and most importantly, have fun!
