With motifs from all six tracks on Everything Squared reappearing, Squared Roots may be considered a more dubbed-out excursion to the previous mini-album's more instantly recognisable sense of melody and rhythm. Both the sleeve artwork for this companion mini-album, and a new Seefeel t-shirt that is being made available at the same time, have been designed by @iantdr of @thedesignersrepublic .
