Memory Nail 🪶 nail tattoo machine, a collaboration between @occulted and @cyshimi We are thrilled to share one of the most complex projects we made in the Hybrid Body Lab @hybridbodylab Artist in Residence at Cornell University. The idea was to create a nail you can actually tattoo with and create memory on your body. This took half of our 2 month residency to produce, it required several iterations and prototypes. The design was inspired by feather pens that contrasted with an edgy studded texture on the cover. The cover has to accomodate a motor for the needle to go back and fourth. Video coming soon!!!
