Me 🤝🏽 Sauna 🧖‍♀️ I’ve been congested and stuffy for 2 weeks now and what normally took me a few days to recover is taking much longer for some reason. I’m so glad I came across @reform_nation_pilates because I now feel a LOT better and more eager to continue on this journey to detox.
