DID YOU KNOW? The Belasco was sold for $200,000 in 1950 and became a church. By 1975, it became the first church devoted to LGBTQ+ communities taking over The Belasco for Sunday services and programs. The Metro Community Church was the largest LGBTQ-affirming Christian organization in the world. In honor of PRIDE, we're partnering with @outofthecloset to host a clothing drive for the month of June. Bring your lightly used clothes and shoes to participating venues and locations. All donations will go to Out of the Closet to help raise funds and awareness for AIDS Healthcare Foundation. To this day, when you shop or donate at Out of the Closet, 96 cents of every dollar made goes to AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s HIV prevention and treatment services.
