Turns out WE DID HAVE IT IN US TO MAKE IT EPIC! Wasteland Weekend was honored to be asked to bring vehicles and folks in costume to Hollywood Blvd for a special event promoting @madmaxsaga! We brought 9 vehicles, including our war rig, and over 30 of our Wastelanders in full costume. And of course, our Wasteland War Boys we well represented. It all coincided with a segment for Jimmy Kimmel Live where we delivered @chrishemsworth and @anyataylorjoy on a brand new custom motorcycle chariot! (Built by our own Wes Fenton with Dan Bohman). The mastermind himself George Miller was there, and we got to hear him say “I feel like I’m back on set.” There is no greater compliment we could have hoped for. It was an honor to work with @wbpictures and @asherentertainment on this amazing event, and to be part of the official promotion for this incredible new movie that expands the #MadMax universe we so love. Finally got to make it back into the #wastelandweekend car cruise!! Last year I had some car issues and we snapped my pull start earlier the morning of the cruise but made it work with the ole impact start 😂 Hopefully one day I can have a much bigger version of the Deathroll but until then all hail tiny monster truck!!!
