Bogotá, me dejaste sin palabras! 💛💙❤️ Tocar en 2 shows sold out aquí fue uno de los momentos más especiales y “unreal” de este viaje. Me enfoqué en salsa brava y algunos clásicos esta vez, con un ambiente de baile, pura gozadera y una vibra de club increíble. Fue épico compartir estos sonidos con más de mil apasionad@s melóman@s y salser@s. Gracias a tod@s los que asistieron y compartieron conmigo. SALSA DE CORAZON BORICUA a long overdue set, one of the largest parts of my record collection is salsa made by Puerto Rican artists and musicians. I hesitated the most to create this set because there are so many great tunes, & I have too many favorites. as always, this set reflects my personal take & taste on some of my favorite gems, with a focus on showcasing artists beyond the mainstream, seeking to maintain a balance between the known & the unknown. ✨
 so many memories tie me to Puerto Rico & the beautiful people there — from learning to dance salsa from a friend there, to flying to the island alone during the pandemic, not knowing a soul, & producing my first salsa album for @angelmelendezx . since then, I’ve crossed paths with countless artists from this beautiful place. It blends together Chinese folkloric melodies with rhythms of salsa and a touch of Latin funk, a musical expression of resilience and growth, much like the lotus emerging from the mud.
