I count myself very lucky to call @hugobrijs a friend, and this album is a masterpiece. Featuring a stunning string arrangement from @megellamusic on 'Creeper' and impressive mixes throughout from @f.rebaudsauer with all the feeling you could ever need. Portfolio Archive 002, released 6 June 2024 Simply, this is one of the most beautiful albums I've heard, let alone worked on. I was first introduced to @orlandoweeks' solo music when @megellamusic sang with him while he was touring The Gritterman (which is another of the most beautiful things I've heard!). Working on this album was a dream, not least because Orlando has shown Meg kindness and warmth while she navigates her own way through releasing music to the world. By some round about way working on this felt like a means to repay a bit of that warmth. Good people keep the world worth spinning and by all accounts Orlando is one of the best. Big thank you @redlightmgmt for having me involved. Finally, it's always a pleasure to be able to look behind the curtain of something so stunningly produced, and @bullionness' stems were no exception. Room 35, @abbeyroadstudios

Portfolio Archive 001, released 26 April 2024 This was a lot of fun, and from a technical perspective really made me think. A 14 song continuous live show, made of recordings from all over the world, to be released in stereo and atmos. First time working from the most perfect mixes and stems by @charleshaydonhicks, beautifully produced (and played!) by @steve_durham. Nice to meet some new friends at @seven7management and work with some old ones at @bmguk. In the words of @louist91 - "Give it up for the fookin' band then!" Room 35, @abbeyroadstudios

Repost • @abbeyroadstudios The last song by @TheBeatles is out now. ‘Now and Then’ is the final track from the @JohnLennon demo tape which gave birth to ‘Free as A Bird’ and ‘Real Love’ in 1995, completed using @GeorgeHarrisonOfficial guitar parts and finishing touches by @PaulMcCartney and @RingoStarrMusic. The double A-side single pairs the last Beatles song with the first: the band’s 1962 debut UK single, ‘Love Me Do’.
