Halloween 2024 ended up being an almost week-long spooktacular, starting on Sunday with a haunted house and party at the dance studio, then trick or treating with Nanna @pearlstitchmaker on the day, followed by a Halloween disco at school for Kiki, tonight. A spooky time was had by all 🎃 👻 🧙

Happiest of happy birthdays to our number one main Allen, boss man, husband, Daddy, and doggy daddy, @aceventoura. Here’s to another year of love, laughter, and busting a gut to keep the wheels on the tracks if this crazy life we live. We love you more than all the things ❤️

Never a dull or quiet moment around here! After getting back late last night from a full long-weekend of gym comps in QLD, we were up at 5.00 this morning to open presents with this poppet, before sending her off to camp at 6.00. Happy 11th birthday to our kindest, coolest, sweetest, smartest Kiki girl! We love you to infinity 😘 ❤️🎂🎁🥳

I received a reasonably last minute call from @farlandcreative to sub for one of my favourite bass brethren, @badmandela, with the wonderful @tonesandi, and the last month has been spent travelling the country with her musical family, some of whom were already brothers of mine(@ricky_nifo @phil_musiq @volikmusic) What a warm and loving band, choir and crew, very much representative of what the boss is sending down from the top, I’ve made some new friends and discovered absolute bosses at their respective gigs… too many to mention, but thank you all for a great run of shows 👽❤️

When you live apart from someone close to you for so long, you can underestimate your connection to them… until they’re no longer with us and you realise that the bond is eternal, and that they are always with us. I’m really feeling my Dad today on this first Father’s day without him. Love you Baba ❤️👽❤️

Big congratulations to Miss Aya on her performance today at the Level 7 individual state championships. She placed second in ball and fourth in ribbon (narrowly missing 3rd). It was a joy to watch, and she had a ball (no pun intended)! 🤸‍♀️

So proud of these two legends for a strong start to gym comp season, with Aya claiming first place in her category, and Kiki getting gold banding in hers. Well done girls! 🥇 ❤️🤸‍♀️

Predictably phenomenal performance from the supremely talented @zoe_ventoura who sang, shimmied, and danced her heart out for the opening night of @chicagoinau in Sydney, as she always does. A dazzling show with an incredibly tight cast and band all giving spectacular performances. It’s always lovely for the girls to see their multi-talented relatives killing it at what they do. Role models don’t get any better!
