Precious family time with my parents, Jane and Helen in San Francisco. Crisp San Francisco weather, good seafood all day long and a visit to the Hallyu Exhibit at the Asian Art Museum. So grateful for days like these.

Tapestry LA celebrates its 10th Anniversary Service today. Jane and I have had the honor of seeing this beautiful family grow from year zero to now. We spent some time at the photo wall remembering God's faithfulness and marked how many of the photos were milestones in our own lives - baptism, deacon installation, building construction, Covid, etc. And what a blessing to celebrate with our current cell family. The older I get the more I appreciate the things that we get to see grow and flourish over time. We are ten years young and excited for the decades to come. #tapestryla #tapestrylachurch

Birthday dinner at @omakasesakurako compliments of my lovely wife Jane. We got to choose our own sake cups and loved both the food and our hosts - chef Akira and hostess Erika - who welcomed us like family. Grateful to God for another year and excited for what lies ahead!

Moments from a hot dusty challenging shoot in Utah. Was saying to @irenelanekent that being editors on a film set was like visiting a foreign country with it's own language, customs and etiquette. So grateful for the incredibly talented and lovely natives that welcomed us but glad to be returning home, literally and figuratively. Now- finally - back to the cutting room!

A special Easter spent at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta and visiting Martin Luther King Jr's memorial. Also had a chance yesterday to visit the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and was reminded of the thousands of courageous people who said yes to non-violent resistance - being arrested, beaten and far worse because of their belief in an America that lived up to its ideals. It was a weekend of sobering reminders and soaring hopes that resurrection makes the work of restoration possible.
