Here are some of my favorite sound moments from @hundredsofbeavers, which is finally available to rent and own today on Apple TV + Amazon Prime I spent 9 months pouring my DNA into every square inch of this movie and it’s my best work to date as a sound designer. Thank you to beaver boys @rylandtews and @mikeches for providing a trampoline of a film, to @the_foley_artist for laying the lush groundwork, and to @chrisryanmusic for making music that mixes like butter 1. Slippery ice - rubbing the ol wet balloon 2. Gutting a beaver - chamois, fruits & veggies, me going shfswpfftchwyspfftbrchhhh 3. Drying the log - wood bonks thru tape 🤌🏻 4. Crate vs Ryland - feat. a rare appearance by production sound 5. Pole slide - ball bearings thermal reaction slowed down 60% 6. The wind DJ - pitch shifting the breeze 7. X-wing icicle drop - baby elephant scream morphed with a jet engine & car driving on a wet road 8. Wolf fight - swords, cannons, horses. Things you wouldn’t expect to hear in a wolf fight
