From Competing in a Bodybuilding Competition to Playing a Trojan Prince in a History Channel Show, this weekends trip to Hamilton was a fun & challenging one! Thank you so much to all of you for your support & positive messages. I appreciate you! If I have the opportunity to CHALLENGE myself, I always will! When I saw that the History show was filming on the Friday and there just so happened to be a competition in the same town on the Saturday, I knew I wanted to do it. I was surely the only guy on that stage who put in 10 hours of work the day before! The philosophy is simple, “The harder you work, the harder you push yourself, the easily life becomes and feels relatively” You train your mind to power through difficult challenges.
