I am so proud of my entire team and we are deeply humbled. Last night, @gwenla was recognized by the @michelinguide for the third consecutive year. When we opened, the goal was to be an old-world, European-style butcher shop that served the neighborhood and showcased the offerings from the counter with live fire cooking techniques presented in an elegant and refined dining room. The collective spirit and enthusiasm for hospitality is shared by every member of the team, our purveyors, and alums. You don’t get into this business for the awards and attention, we do it because it’s what we love. To be honored in this regard is nothing short of gratifying. We thank our guests for their continued support and for letting us cook for you throughout the years.

We served a menu that paired beautifully with Saratoga’s selection from duck pithivier to grilled prawns to bon bons filled with passionfruit and pop rocks.
