Ab appreciation post. Proud of these ya know! 🙂💪🏼 How do you get abs? Low enough bodyfat and train them! You can isolate them or they will be worked within compound movements through weightlifting. However, you can do all the ab exercises in the world but If your bodyfat is not low enough - you will simply not see them. Ohhh and remember genetics always play apart of this too! 🙏
