As 2024 comes to a close, we’re excited to share some of the Frameline staff and board’s queer highlights of the year🌟🗓️ Each of us narrowed our favorites down for those who have been wondering what us 365 party girls have been bumpin’ these past 12 months. One of the highlights of #Frameline48 Marco Calvani's HIGH TIDE is making waves at the Roxie Theater this weekend!! The film's star, the phenomenal Marco Pigossi @marcopigossi, will join our very own Joe Bowman @reassurance for post-screening Q&As tonight and tomorrow afternoon. In a magnetic performance, Pigossi plays Lourenço, a wayward Brazilian immigrant searching for purpose and direction as the summer season begins to fade in the queer mecca of Provincetown. HIGH TIDE also features a rich supporting cast which includes Marisa Tomei, James Bland, Mya Taylor, and Bill Irwin.
