this is my last week with sparkling water so truly enjoying every last sip of it 💔
everything i’ve been eating below:
drinks: cocoa rooibos tea, sparkling water, digestion juice (aloe + water +

supplements: pepzin gi, omega 3, ubiquinol, ginger root, d3+k2, citrus bergamot, l-glutamine
meal 1: egg whites + rolled oats with peanut butter & blueberries
meal 2: rice, chicken, green beans, avocado
