a little half-day in my life 🤸🏼‍♀️✨

i knew there was no way i’d want to do cardio in the afternoon after driving back from san diego, so the night before, i decided the only way to make it happen was to get to the gym the second it opened at 5am 🥱

i had to make a quick stop at burn midway to check people into the first class, but ran straight back to the gym to finish my stairs. this is where i remind myself (and you) DISCIPLINE > MOTIVATION every single time 👏🏼

there’s no way i’d wake up at 4am if i didn’t want my goals bad enough 😤 when you’re struggling, think about your WHY !! for me, my “why” is so much bigger than an extra hour of sleep 

and then off to san diego 🌴🌊💖 so much fun shooting for @parakeetcafe !! their food is absolutely STUNNING — organic, ethically sourced, and made with no seed oil !! once my competition is over, that’s 100% going to be my go-to spot 🌱🥑☕️

for now, i can’t eat any of the food we shoot 🥲, so i packed my own lunch and made my way back to la 🫶🏼

drinks: 1+ gallon of water (reg + sparkling), aloe vera juice 

supplements: pepzin gi, omega 3, ubiquinol, ginger root, d3+k2, citrus bergamot, l-glutamine 

meal 1: egg whites + rolled oats with peanut butter & blueberries 

drink: cold brew

meal 2: rice, chicken, asparagus, avocado

drink: mango @hopwtr 

meal 3: rice (less than meal 2), top sirloin, asparagus

drink: @goultima grape electrolytes 

meal 4: rice (equal to meal 3), chicken, green beans

meal 5: flavored @quaker rice cakes (chocolate + caramel), @nakednutrition pb powder, @ritual protein powder, & almonds 

+ all my meals have 1/4 tsp of pink himalayan sea salt for electrolyte balance !!

2025 is 2 weeks away…

the MOST monumental years of my life !!!! each year just keeps topping the last 🥹 

2021 was my year of partying !! 18-year-old me just wanted to be out late, have fun, and be surrounded by friends— feeling as independent as possible. which quickly shifted when i decided not to go back to college… 

2022 i learned A LOT about myself !!!!! i felt things i’d never felt before and dealt with emotions i didn’t even know existed. it was one of the toughest mental places i’d been in, but knew i had to go through it to grow 

2023 was a DREAM !! i made a goal to say yes to everything. it was my year to be spontaneous, follow what felt right, and trust every step of the journey. i spent half the year in london, found a new passion that made me switch majors, and fell completely in love with my life 

2024 has been all about coming back to myself. i found what i really love, became a part of such a strong community @burnlosangeles, found comfort in my routine, and took on the challenge of training for a bikini competition in august. i started talking more openly about my desire to feel confident, pushed myself to become an instructor, and fully embraced content creation, opening up about my journey along the way

this year i really owe a lot to @mariachase_ and @lexx_caces. two inspiring powerhouse women, who have helped me grow both mentally & physically. i’m forever thankful 🫶🏼 

to 2025 !!!!! the year of CONFIDENCE !!! every year, i pick a word to guide me, and this year it’s confidence. it’s everything i’ve learned so far, all wrapped up into one, and i’m SO ready to step into the light ✨

i’m so incredibly grateful and proud of how far i’ve come on this journey 🥹 it’s never easy to open up about insecurities, especially while you’re still working through them. but now that i’m starting to feel more confident in my body and truly proud of my progress, it’s becoming so much easier to share my story 

i can’t wait for the day i get to work with clients and help them achieve their own health and fitness goals. helping others feel confident and empowered is something i care so deeply about, and i know firsthand how life-changing having a coach can be

• routine - find a routine that fits you. baby steps every day add up way more than waiting for the “perfect time.” even just 5 minutes a day is progress. start small, grow big

• education - keep learning ! whether it’s books, people, or experiences… knowledge gives you the confidence to take on whatever comes your way. study what the people you admire know — knowledge is POWER !!! you can never know too much

• action - dreams are amazing and necessary for growth, but it’s action that makes them possible. make a plan, and be ready to push through the bumps. no successful journey is ever a straight line

• mindset - try your best to stay positive. believe in yourself, and you’ll handle whatever life throws at you. things won’t always go your way, but embrace the struggles and use them to push yourself forward

the biggest change to my meals in the last couple weeks has been measuring my veggies for every meal, and limiting my electrolyte intake 🥲 + this is my last week with sparkling water 💔 

everything i ate below ⤵️

drinks: aloe juice, sparkling water, reg water 

supplements: pepzin gi, omega 3, ubiquinol, ginger root, d3+k2, citrus bergamot, l-glutamine

meal 1: egg whites + rolled oats with peanut butter & blueberries 

meal 2: rice, chicken, asparagus, avocado

drink: cold brew 

drink: hopwtr 

meal 3: rice (less than meal 2), top sirloin, asparagus

meal 4: rice (less than meal 3), chicken, green beans

drink: @goultima electrolytes 

meal 5: flavored @quaker rice cakes (chocolate + caramel), @nakednutrition pb powder, @ritual protein powder, & almonds 

+ all my meals have 1/4 tsp of pink himalayan sea salt for electrolyte balance !!

making this video was such a crazy mix of emotions 🥲 i’ve never felt so connected or vulnerable to something like this 

for so long, i’ve wanted to share my story, my feelings, and everything i’ve been going through. but i always wanted to wait until i was 100% confident in myself before sharing the insecure parts of my past 

being in the middle of this training journey, i’ve gained a new confidence that’s making me want to motivate, inspire, and guide other girls who feel uncomfortable in their bodies. it’s such a tough feeling and so hard to talk about 🥺

getting to where i am now took years of patience, trust, and learning to love myself more. i’m still growing, still learning, and slowly getting more comfortable in my own skin

but i want to start sharing now. i’ve made a lot of progress, but am still not where i want to be with my confidence 🌟 it’s all part of this crazy crazy journey !!!!
