I’ll never forget my first New York apartment.. So much life happened here within a couple of months. So much growth, so much happiness, so many beautiful memories! Sunsets on the fire escape, nights dancing on the rooftop, mornings drinking coffee with my roommates @mina_abida @corina.dewald, watching sex and the city with the girls, cooking in our tiny lil kitchen. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said a prayer of gratitude for the experience here. I’ve told @mina_abida & @corina.dewald how grateful I am for them over and over but they’re truly the reason I’ve survived here haha This building isn’t just a building to me, it’s the place I grew tf up! What a summer 🤭

Traded the city for some lush time with distant family in Philly this past weekend🌱 Some of them I just met for the first time 🥹 Being in the US has linked me to so much family history and heritage. Feeling very grateful.
