No truer words…. Imagine 20 genuine lovely things said to you every day! Imagine! #spreadJoy Twenty likes on social media can still leave some feeling it’s not enough and that’s because Social media isn’t real human connection, yes it has wonderful attributes of connection but we need real life human connection and community to feel fulfilment. Off the top of my head this week. I have complimented two people I don’t know. I think it’s really important if you think it ( and it’s kind ) say it ! Why not !? That person will think you’re weird ?! Well that’s on them! You’re just spreading joy and your thoughts ! I told a woman her skin was amazing and her face lit up and told me she was feeling she had to make more effort on her face ! Second compliment• There is a house that I walk by several times a week with the pram and I’ve noticed over the last 6 months how much work they have been doing to it to do it up, the home owner and her kids were it the front so I yelled out from the top of the drive way to tell her how amazing her house is looking and it’s incredible the changes they have made and I love looking at it when I go past. She was so grateful for my words and actually said. That is so kind! And went out to say how amazing her husband has been as chipping away at their home in his spare time .. My point is. Just say it ! You can make some ones day! Thanks for the words @empowerwomenvision
