what’s a workout without a lil crying sesh in the middle of it?😅😂 sometimes I’m just overwhelmed with feelings & I’m super embarrassed and ashamed of how emotional I can be. Especially since I was injured, the PTSD and the injuries can make me burst into tears more than anything I’ve ever gone through. I know I will receive a lot of hate & people will make fun of me for crying in the gym, but why is it so normalized for everyone to show mainly the highlight reel of their lives on instagram, but crying on camera is super “cringey” and “weird?” I never want to make my page a negative or Un motivating place, so I try to be careful about posting too much of my depression or too much crying or too much me but this is my reality sometimes not just for me but for others too, and this is my page so I’m choosing to share this. I feel things deeply, it’s a quality I sometimes hate about myself, but I know it can also be my best quality, when using it to empathize with other people & how deeply I care about people.
