Some personal news—I’m going back to school, and I’m THRILLIFIED to share that I’ve been officially accepted to SHIZ UNIVERSITY! Lots in this welcome packet to digest as I get ready to for sure be the oldest Shiz frosh, or at least one of lucky ones old enough to have seen the OBC of Wicked in 2003! 👴 Can’t wait for @wickedmovie November 22! #JusticeForAnimals

Look what @thequilttree made me do! @marcylawrence54 taught me how to make this beautiful thing, and it was easy, fast, and SATISFYING to do! I am certain my sweet doggy will be taking possession of it ASAP.

My latest, a[n untrimmed] #ReverbQuilt from @suzyquilts, being made for @robertoaraujophotography! The 3D effect is shockingly effective—I’m in love. And not too bad to make! Just strip sets that you cut into triangles.

My latest finish is #AnachromeQuilt from @gladhand_sews! Totally copied her exact color scheme because though it’s beautiful in lots of color combos, I was just obsessed with the old school 3D vibe of the cover quilt. Really digging this one and can’t wait to get it quilted and fully finished!

I tend to think this when I finish most things I make, but for real real I think this is my favorite thing I’ve ever made. All the fabric is scraps I bought in Japan, so this is truly a bespoke souvenir of @joshculwellblock and I’s incredible trip. AND it’s cute and I love it!!! (Pattern is Ferris from @sallietomatopatterns)
