Born in Bozeman, Montana and a life resident of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Vana Tulsi was always smiling and full of life. Famous for her dynamic bark she greeted people all across New York City. She lived with a family of artists and enjoyed cuddling and traveling by car or subway. Her discovery adventures in the U.S. spanned from New Hampshire to the Florida Keys, in Europe she discovered the mountains of Austria and spread her joy all across Italy. She was a master networker, making friends with everyone she encountered throughout her life. Generous, altruistic, respectful and truthful she shared her passion of taking walks and playing with her beloved neighbor and life companion, Boo Winchester. Vana Tulsi was 15 years old. She will be missed dearly by her mama, papa and all those lives she touched. Thank you Vana for your love!
