Had the pleasure of hearing the legendary, Jerry West, speak about his days playing ball in college at the Lido Family Office Investment Symposium in Beverly Hills. How his best friends, in times of division, faced a different reality than he did because of the color of their skin and how important it is to see past our differences in today's age. He spoke some real wisdom into the audience, and it felt like a grandfather sharing knowledge to his next of kin who needed his thoughtful insights.
