Already 6 months. For half a year you have completed our family and even so, it feels like you arrived yesterday. My little Valeria, you are the most calm and gentle baby I’ve ever met. I love the way your little fingers delicately dance across my face and hair, exploring every inch, and then how you suddenly stop and grin because your eyes found mine. From a warm summers day back in August with dear @lillianliuphotography. This dress by @thetailorwitch was so amazing to wear. It was incredibly heavy which only added to the luxurious feel of it. I was actually six months pregnant at this time, and the beautiful big sleeves proved very useful to hide the belly. 😂 So happy that we added the adorable @idolatre antlers to the look - I love whenever I have an opportunity to wear those. ✨

♥️ My big girl. ♥️ From a very cold autumn day with @photography_by_louise_jessen and beautiful dresses by @katharinahakajcouture. Such precious memories to have, and Aurelia was super excited for the opportunity to go with mommy to work. 🥰 She’s still taking about how the dress was so long that she couldn’t walk in it (That’s the way a real dress should be if you ask her. 😆). I’m very impressed with the pictures Louise managed to get during the few minutes the shoot lasted before Aurelia was ready to have her jacket on again and jump into the warm car with daddy - no doubt she’s used to taking pictures of children. 😄 Thank you for the wonderful experience, Louise. 🥰

And then we were four. ♥️ Little sister arrived on the 16th of November - beautiful and with lots of dark hair like daddy. 🥰 The final months of 2021 were crazy busy, moving and getting to know our little new family member. Now I hope for a peaceful start of 2022. 😌 We call little sister by two names at the moment - I think one will be her first name and the other her middle name, but we’re not sure which is which yet, so I’ll wait a bit making it public. 😅 Aurelia is the proudest big sister ever. We’re so impressed with how she has taken it all. She has such a huge love and tenderness towards her baby sister, wanting to hold her all the time, stroking her face and smelling her hair. ♥️ (The video where she’s meeting her for the first time. 😭♥️ Exclaiming: “She’s moving!” 😂)

Less than 7 weeks until we’ll meet you. It must be crowded in there with both you and all the butterflies sharing the space. 😄💗 So curious whether she’ll be a little copy of her big sister or if my two girls will be just as different as the pregnancies have been. 🤷‍♀️ Feeling incredibly lucky that @photography_by_louise_jessen has given us the most beautiful pictures to remember this precious time by. 💕

Ready to share some news with you: Our little family will soon welcome yet another fairy princess into the world. :3 ✨💗✨ This beautiful picture by dearest @bellakotak is from when I carried baby Aurelia three years ago. I had no idea how motherhood would shape me back then and I felt so insecure about all the unknown ahead. This time I feel more confident - even though I know we will encounter new challenges this time with a toddler as well. 😆 I know what kind of mother I am, I know that Mike and I are a great team as parents and I hope that everything will turn out just as wonderful as it has done with Aurelia. Even so, I can’t help but feeling anxious - I guess that’s just the kind of person I am. 😅 But of course, above all, we just can’t wait to meet her and to kiss her chubby cheeks. 💗
