Managed to capture at least this iPhone image of the Aurora Borealis over my house on Lake Scugog last night. First time I’ve ever seen it here but was only faintly visible by eye. By the time I scrambled the DSLR and tripod together the show was over, but I’ll keep an eye out from now on!

Discussing a shot with DoP Adam Marsden, for the current Chevy RS 'moments' commercial that's in heavy rotation right now. That's a Bolt-X, shipped to Toronto from The Garage in New York. A behind-the-scenes video will be released tomorrow by Spy Films, which I'll link to. Thanks again to Josh Treadaway for the Maya work and assistance on the shoot!

If social media isn't confusing enough, I've gone and made it more so. I have two Facebook accounts and two instagram accounts! This one I use mostly for posting work-related stuff - like this ancient shot of me on the set of Friday 13th part ten (JasonX). The other is for personal stuff, friends and family. Just so you know...!

Hello again! It’s been at least 20 months…

Spent a total of 8 weeks in Mumbai last year, training the motion control crew at Yash Raj Films (YFX) and setting up Bolt on track, and a motion base on turntable. Here’s a test move, similar to the work they did on the movie ‘War’ - released October 2019
