Spent very inspiring morning with Caroline Zimbalist @carolinezimbalist , an artists and designer, who developed her own special formula of creating bioplastic literally from the scratch on her kitchen. Famous for her artistic vessels (that are sold in some of the coolest stores now, think Whitney museum, for example), and absolutely unique fashion pieces, that she shows at New York fashion week for a couple of seasons now. True modern revolutionary, she just made it to the Forbes list 30 under 30 and is not planing to stop changing the system. Caroline let me in her “magic”kitchen and showed the process of cooking the typical object of hers.
