UVX - Elevator (SOUND MIGRATION) Sound Migration proudly brings forth one of the contributions of UVX (Ultra Violet Explorer) to Magick Eye Records that was initially released in 1993. This release serves a touchstone for the quality that emerges when the gap between Ambient and early Trance is thoughtfully bridged. The 15 minute aural odyssey that is the 13 Floor Spectrum version of the A-side begins mired in a beatless fog of atmosphere that slowly crystallises into a grid of percussive elements before evaporating entirely, leaving only voices leaking through the primordial aether as a precursor to the grand finale of vibration raising rhythmic frequencies. The appropriately titled Dancefloor Sub Bassment and Trancefloor Transporter versions on the B-side transmute these sonic strands into musical talismans that can be unitised to intensify ecstatic dance practices & extend the boundaries of astral excursions. @soundmetaphors @transmigration.berlin

BLACK TRUFFLE - Gourmet Edits (G.A.M.M) Black Truffle is back with a delicious new EP, "Gourmet Edits", which takes you on a four-course adventure through the vintage disco territory, blending Jazz-Funk and Latin elements. Black Truffle's distinctive style is characterised by skilful reinterpretations of hidden treasures from the 70's with a passionate focus on preserving the essence of the original material... 'Disco Meringue' is a crispy piano-driven appetiser with Latin flavour. Its syncopated piano riffs imbue it with a jazzy vibe that makes it a great tool to seamlessly transition between disco, Latin, and modern deep house in your set. 'Drum Tartar' is a percussive tour de force that oscillates between groovy Jazz-Funk and spicy Bossa-Nova, culminating in a thundering drum break that continues for an impressive third of the track. 'Consomme' is the EP's bread and butter for the dance floor layering pulsing percussion, wailing organ riffs, crunchy guitars, curious vocoders and many sax and organ solos that keep on taking it higher and higher resulting in a sizzling high-energy banger. For dessert, we have 'Souffle', a fluffy big-band Jazz number with a funky Disco beat that gradually develops into an ecstatic culmination with a choir.

Bink, the genre Sandy B coined, is a modern take on Kwaito's loose rhythms and the mid-tempo funk we've come to know and love from the Red Motorbike stables. Sandy B's Zulu staccato rap and R&B stylings sound as fresh as ever as he continues to connect with his global family through his international travels, currently on tour across Asia and Australia. NODA & WOLFERS - Evil Fades In Echo LP (NIGHTWIND RECORDS) Once more, Japanese digital dub legend Takafumi Noda, aka Mystica Tribe, and Dutch synth wizard Danny Wolfers aka Legowelt reunite for their highly anticipated second album under the Noda & Wolfers project on Nightwind Records. EVIL FADES IN ECHO offers a unique concoction of digital dub, raw lo-fi electro and acid hall influences, creating a deviant captivating sound. Wild untamed synths clash with raw sloppy rhythm boxes. Seductive spring reverbs dissolve into clouds of space echo. HARRI PIERSON - The Most Balearic Record In The World (DUCA BIANCO) After the hit making debut EP from Harri Pierson sold out in under a week, he returns with the modestly titled 'The Most Balearic Record In The World'.
