After 5yrs of online mixes on SoundCloud, & almost a full year strictly curating & inviting friends to soundtrack this series, from 2025 VIBRATIO)))NS / @vibratiooons will be a bi-monthly mix series instead of monthly, where I will continue to invite guests to soundtrack it, whilst also becoming a(n irregular) party. 'VIBRATIO)))NS Invites' is a very simple idea: if I'm in a town where a few friends who have soundtracked some of the mixes live, I'll invite them to play an all-dayer / all-nighter together. B2B, B3B, B'However many folks are there'B kinda thing. These are some very special ppl to me who I think have an exceptional taste in music & DJing, but might not be well known (in their town or abroad), might not be playing often, & generally deserve all the shine possible. As is the case with the mix series: this is a free form all genres / all styles party, VIBRATIO)))NS is about sounds that move us, be it physically or emotionally. I'm back in Dubai next week, & for the first edition of this party I'm inviting two of my nearest & dearest: @rad_yous (mix #16 ) & @tarik.omar.music (mix #14). I've known these fellas for over a decade now & we've shared many late night music fueled sessions. It's been too long since we've jammed together, so only felt right to do this for edition Numero uno. When I say we listen to everything I really do mean everything. So expect everything from Shaabi to Hip hop to Jazz to Footwork & everything in between. Casa Latina has been a cornerstone of our Dubai experience with countless nights spent dancing there to parties that friends hosted or that we've organized separately with friends, so it's gonna be a super nice boogie down memory lane.
