We are thrilled to welcome director @madebymapp to our Soup Film roster. Check out his reel on our website (Link in Highlight ⬆️) Known for making moving pictures that are as beautiful as they are funny - in that order - MAPP brings a distinctive blend of visual storytelling and humor to his work. MAPP’s creative journey began as an art director and later creative director, developing a nontraditional approach to advertising at agencies including Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Leagas Delaney, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and BSSP. He won numerous awards for his work with clients such as adidas, eBay, Ace Hardware, IKEA (Lamp), Netflix, and Priceline. MAPP launched his directing career with the inimitable MINI spot “Ahhhhhh!,” and he hasn't looked back. Since then, he has honed his filmmaking craft across a wide range of projects, each marked by his rich cinematic approach, sharp comedic timing, and intense passion for the details. While he goes by MAPP (that’s what his friends call him), you can call him Steve, Stephen, Coach, Captain, Handsome, Your Highness, something in German that he doesn’t understand - whatever makes you comfortable.
