♍️ Well they say it’s my birthday! I have to say, it’s bittersweet not to hear the story from mom & dad about Saturday, 9/21 (that I’ve heard every year since I can remember)! They knocked mom out in those days and dad was in his tux because he had to run from the hospital to play a 1pm wedding at the patio club in Ozone Park… good thing I decided to show up at noon! Mom asked the nurse “what did I have” and she said “a healthy baby girl.” Mom said “thank god it’s a girl!” 💞👼 I’m so happy to have my wonderful life-long friends to celebrate with tonight and this weekend!!! I ❤️ you all very much! So my plan for today is to play guitar, take a walk, eat healthy, reflect on my life and think about where I’d like to travel to. My plan for tonight is 🍸🍸🍸(🍸)‼️

Dear Dad, You taught me everything I needed to know… fine wines, chess, bouncing tracks on our teac reel-to-reel, spending wisely and the great value in research, but your work ethic is probably what rubbed off on me the most. You were handsome (although I never understood what mom saw in your pompadour), a clever jokester and a very talented alto sax player! I’m so thankful for the nine years we played music together… our chops were never better!
