It’s that time again, the last rush before the well deserved rest, but don’t worry there’s time to find the perfect book to pop under the tree, perhaps one of the last copies of a first edition of Larry Clark’s Return, Pia-Paulina Guilmoth’s entrancing new book Flowers Drink the River, which is selling fast! The Artist Edition of Pia-Paulina Guilmoth’s Flowers Drink the River includes one of four unique contact print that the artist produced in her bathroom.

Presented as large format 3/4 Swiss bound volume, Flowers Drink the River’s cover is replete with reproductions of an aged pink craft paper that Pia-Paulina Guilmoth found stashed in an abandoned house down the road from her home. She then covered a spider web found along the river in a powdered red pigment and adhered it to the paper. Over this a cloth nameplate has been added, while the inside cover features a tipped on facsimile 4x5” contact print that she made in her bathroom.
