one of the best decisions I made for myself in 2023 was going to @steadicamopsassociation LA workshop. an iconic week to say the least. so appreciative of every person that came thru and shared a wicked joyful time. I already told everyone there what it is ❤️‍🔥 yall are the best. I went in expecting and ready to be one of the only women in an intimidating Hollywood techy environment, but instead I found a welcoming, diverse community of teachers and learners so happy and excited to share with each other and help each other out. a seriously wholesome experience, and I can't be thankful enough for this perfect jumpstart to my steadi journey 🫡🙏🫂💗 videos at the end for the vibes hahaha . yesterday i watched The King Tide make its world premier as a platform film at TIFF. last year, working on this film, i met @jsu_cinema who was kind and generous enough to teach me steadi on his lunch breaks and inbetween crazy shoot days of climbing rocks and battling the waves of newfoundland. today I had my first day on set as a steadicam op. life is a frickin blind turn constant ridin rollercoaster ❤️‍🔥 i owe a deep and immense thank you and appreciation to everyone that has gotten me this far, and im mad excited to feel and know that this is just the start 😘 big big thank you to this camera team, and congrats to the whole crew 🤗
