Hey I’m Hayley, founder of The Resilient Hairdresser 🤗 . It’s my mission to improve the lives of all hairdressers💪❤️ . DECEMBER LOVES THROWING OUT CURVE BALLS TO TEST US🙃🤪 . When I’m coaching 1-1 I always recommend to my clients that they don’t book themselves to capacity . And what I mean by this is don’t book yourself to capacity mentally . When you are fully booked behind the chair, plus fully booked mentally with too much responsibility….this is the perfect storm for things escalating to crisis point very quickly and landing you in burnout . You leave no room to sort things as they come up . It’s important to try and leave room for the stuff that life just throws at us you know? Cos life loves to do that🫤🤪 . THE CONFIDENCE KITBAG WORKSHOP🙌 . This is my new workshop for salons and I love teaching it🤓❤️ Confidence is something we really need as hairdressers . Clients are more at ease when we are confident . It’s vital to know how to build confidence in our next generation . But it’s also great to know how to get it back when it gets knocked….which happens to the best of us🫤 .
