First HYROX was a tough one

Really fun event and great challenge to take on. Will definitely be doing more of these around the world in the future.

Very happy with my first result but lots of room for improvement and pacing strategies to work on.

HYROX Men’s Pro time 1:28 💪

We won’t discover our limits till we push it

This goes for life and fitness.

I never thought I would end up living in Spain for 2 months. All while working online, building up my business and meeting new people.

I used to believe a life like this was not possible for me. I was still stuck in a 9-5 job, trying to fit in a workout where I could, eat as best as possible and day dreaming about a different life for myself.

It wasn’t until I quit my job, went all-in to design the life I wanted to have and push the boundaries of what I thought was possible for me to achieve.

Now, I’ve still got a long way to go, but this journey has given me more freedom than I ever could have imagined.

I am so grateful for all the people that have helped me along this journey and continue to support me.

I am so grateful that I am able to share my knowledge about a topic I am so passionate about, help other people pursue their own goals, realise their full potential and crush their limited beliefs of what they thought was possible in their own fitness, health and in life.

Where do you think your limit lies?

I haven’t been to the gym in almost 2 months. Only running and working out in the garden.

Not having access to a gym, shouldn't be an excuse. You can get a great workout in with just a pair of dumbbells or a sandbag.

The key here is consistency. Consistency builds up momentum and compounds over time.

Sure, I really miss the gym sometimes and I love the vibe and energy it brings to my training, but sometimes when you are traveling you don't always have that luxury.

If you show up consistently for yourself and put in the work, you will start to see results. You don't always need a gym membership to do it.

So what's holding you back?

And yes, I had just finished a bicep workout when Nikki took this photo, I wish they always looked like this 😝

The days are getting colder and darker, and the trees more colourful.
⠀
Still no excuse to not get outside though and go hiking, running or do a workout. Breathe some fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of the seasons changing.
⠀
I always use this time of year to push my body to adapt to the colder temperatures and push my mind past the initial discomfort of the cold.
⠀
There’s no better feeling than getting out in those Fall colours.
