The St. George Monastery, in a gorge just outside of Jericho - أريحا 2. A field with poppy flowers in the hills around Ein Qiniya - عين قينيا 3 & 8. Afternoon coffee in Nablus - نابلس 4. An illegal checkpoint established by the colonial israeli occupation leading to al-Shuhada street, in the heart of the once bustling old town centre of the Palestinian city of Al-Khalil - الخليل 5. Almond trees in the hills of Palestine. 6. A bag of Sandouka coffe from Al-Quds - القُدس A traditional Jerusalem-based coffee roaster founded in 1943. 7.
