The need to spend large amounts out-of-pocket to access health services is placing 1 in 8 people worldwide at risk of poverty due to out-of-pocket health expenditure of 10% or more of their household budget.

Governments must adequately invest in #HealthForAll and protect people – particularly the most vulnerable among us – from high health spending.

Science and innovation are saving lives.
New tools like next-gen bed nets & #malaria vaccines are helping to save lives and drive progress.
But threats like insecticide resistance are growing. Greater investment can save even more lives and help us achieve a #ZeroMalaria future.

At least 1 person each second is estimated to acquire a new genital #herpes infection.

💡 Reduce your risk:
🔹 Use condoms consistently and correctly.
🔹 Avoid sexual contact during flare-ups.
🔹 Stay informed and reduce stigma around herpes.
