Been wanting to share this one for a while ⛷️ Over 2 years of work with @wearekomodo to shoot and edit the @crystalholidays “Get That Feeling” campaign remains one for my most significant projects to date. Some figures from this monster project: - 135 individual timelines - 250 exports (give or take) - 4 catchup TV edits - 1 cinema edit - a lotta social content - 14 models - 2 ski resorts - 1 dead ronin And big shout to everyone who played a part, especially @andy.j.ryan and @mattscales_ for flawless production 🙏 #videography #skiing #tignes

I’ve picked up a few little grading techniques recently that I thought could be useful to share: 1️⃣ for certain edits - I’ve started pulling away from using phantom luts, instead using colour space transform and davinci’s film luts can give some really rich looking colours. 2️⃣ the halation plugin can add that vintage edge that’s pretty popular at the moment, Ive been trying to keep this pretty subtle, but giving the footage a little more character 3️⃣ using the detail loss feature within the plugin really helps take off that digital sharpness and results in a pretty convincing effect 👌 #amalficoast #colorgrading #davinciresolve #fx3
