My new EP βhomeβ is available now These pieces have been a journey of wondering what βhomeβ means - physically, culturally, personally, spiritually - as the world changes and time passes, connecting with forgotten parts of oneself that are always there. My hope is that theyβre a little more direct and emotionally expressive. The tracks draw from a similar beat-driven electronica-meets-classical palette of my previous work but in a more distilled form. Seeking a space in between the dancefloor and bedroom headphones, the EP embraces custom software with uptempo fluttering glitch percussion & weathered atmospheric electronics, all beneath lushly notated string and horn orchestrations performed by live musicians, emphasizing emotional melodies and nostalgia.
The EP was created with the hope that we can all find a home when we need one.
