My new EP “home” is available now These pieces have been a journey of wondering what “home” means - physically, culturally, personally, spiritually - as the world changes and time passes, connecting with forgotten parts of oneself that are always there. My hope is that they’re a little more direct and emotionally expressive. The tracks draw from a similar beat-driven electronica-meets-classical palette of my previous work but in a more distilled form. Seeking a space in between the dancefloor and bedroom headphones, the EP embraces custom software with uptempo fluttering glitch percussion & weathered atmospheric electronics, all beneath lushly notated string and horn orchestrations performed by live musicians, emphasizing emotional melodies and nostalgia.
