CURRY TIME - YELLOW CURRY W/ COCONUT „CHICKEN“
My remix of
@nomeatdisco epic and easy Lemongrass Curry. Also my wife‘s most requested meal lately.
- Plantbased chicken breast cut in strips (
@eatplanted highly reco) and marinated in soy sauce
- Cornstarch mixed with shredded coconut
- fry till crispy and golden brown
- Steamed rice
- Dice garlic, ginger, chili and fry in oil
- Add cut up scallions, mushrooms and wild broccoli to the wok
- Deglaze with soy sauce and add some sugar
- Stir in coconut cream and simmer
- Assemble everything and garnish with scallions, radish, basil, chili crunch and squirt some lime on top
