ALLEGGERITA - Behind the scenes When it came to capturing speed, precision, and that raw sense of being in the race, we leaned heavily into rigged shots. @ak_dop and I dove deep into references, drawing inspiration from Ford v Ferrari, the adrenaline-pumping car chase in The Batman, and the iconic mounted spaceship shots in Interstellar. Without the budget for a U-crane, rigging became our secret weapon. SEOULFOOD 2024 FRIED CHICKEN, BEER & COFFEE Recently had the chance to visit Seoul for the first time for a job. Fell in love with the city, the people and the food. Incredible fried chicken everywhere (vegetarians should check out @chickeninthekitchen_ in Hongdae), Korean BBQ joints, ice cold beer and soju and some of the best coffee and pastry. 1. CURRY TIME - YELLOW CURRY W/ COCONUT „CHICKEN“ My remix of @nomeatdisco epic and easy Lemongrass Curry. Also my wife‘s most requested meal lately. - Plantbased chicken breast cut in strips ( @eatplanted highly reco) and marinated in soy sauce - Cornstarch mixed with shredded coconut - fry till crispy and golden brown - Steamed rice - Dice garlic, ginger, chili and fry in oil - Add cut up scallions, mushrooms and wild broccoli to the wok - Deglaze with soy sauce and add some sugar - Stir in coconut cream and simmer - Assemble everything and garnish with scallions, radish, basil, chili crunch and squirt some lime on top Enjoy

SAMMY TIME Had this amazing zucchini focaccia at @forno.london recently and decided to recreate it. They make a fresh, oily focaccia bread but I used my wife’s even fresher homemade no-knead bread. I asked the chef at Forno how he got the zucchini so crispy and full of flavor and he told me to marinate it in vinegar and salt. I had some leftover pickle juice (never throw it away!) and decided to substitute it. Has that extra bit of tang. - Any white bread (focaccia, ciabatta, baguette, whatever) - Fresh zucchini, thinly sliced - Leftover pickle juice - Squirt of lemon - Dash of white wine vinegar - Tomato pesto - Thinly sliced pecorino - Bunch of rocket lettuce - Olive oil, salt, pepper
